Burkina Faso Field Director

Senior manager needed to act as International Service's representative in Burkina Faso. Based in Ouagadougou, you will be responsible for the management of IS's programme. Your tasks will include strategic management, operational management, building relationships with diverse donors to secure funding, financial management, liaison with partner organisations, supporting development workers and monitoring impact.

Previous work experience in the region, fluent written and spoken English and French, an understanding of issues faced by women and people living with disability, proven organisational and management skills, and good communication and evaluation skills are requirements for this post.
